Volunteer at the BOV Volleyball Marathon 2026 and Make a Difference
Have you ever wanted to be part of something truly special? Now is your chance to help make this year’s BOV Volleyball Marathon in aid of Id-Dar tal-Providenza a success.
As preparations continue for one of Malta’s most anticipated fundraising events, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to assist both in the lead-up to the event and throughout the 53-hour volleyball marathon itself. Whether you can help behind the scenes, support event operations, or contribute during the marathon weekend, your time and effort can make a real difference.
The BOV Volleyball Marathon 2026 will take place between Thursday 16th and Saturday 18th May. This year marks an exciting new chapter for the event, as the volleyball marathon will be hosted at the MFCC in Ta’ Qali for the very first time.
Every year, the volleyball marathon brings together players, volunteers, supporters, sponsors, and the wider community to raise essential funds for Id-Dar tal-Providenza. The organisation requires approximately €7.5 million annually to continue providing the highest quality of care and support to its residents.

While the athletes may be the ones on the court, volunteers are at the heart of the event. From welcoming visitors and assisting organisers to helping keep operations running smoothly throughout the marathon, volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this incredible fundraiser.
