Some of Malta’s Hottest DJs to Takeover Saturday afternoon at MFCC

Preparations for the BOV Volleyball Marathon are now in full swing, and as excitement continues to build, we’re delighted to reveal another exciting addition to this year’s programme.

For the first time, the BOV Volleyball Marathon will feature a dedicated Saturday afternoon DJ session, bringing even more energy and entertainment to the MFCC in Ta’ Qali.

The event promises to create a festival atmosphere as visitors enjoy an afternoon of music while supporting Id-Dar tal-Providenza.

Six DJs, One Incredible Afternoon

Taking control of the Main Stage between 12:00pm and 5:00pm on Saturday 18th July will be six of Malta’s popular DJs:

Expect five hours of great music, high energy, and an atmosphere that perfectly complements the excitement both on and off the volleyball court.

Think of it as the perfect warm-up before Saturday night’s spectacular closing concert.

Something for Everyone

One of the biggest ambitions behind this year’s move to the MFCC was to create an event that offers something for everyone.

Whether you’re visiting to support the players, enjoy the live entertainment, take part in the 5K Run, or simply spend time with family and friends, the BOV Volleyball Marathon aims to provide an unforgettable experience throughout the weekend.

The addition of a live DJ session means there’s now something for dance music fans too, making this year’s event more diverse and inclusive than ever before.

More Than a Marathon

While the music will keep the energy high, the heart of the event remains unchanged.

Every performance, every activity, and every visitor helps support the mission of Id-Dar tal-Providenza, making the BOV Volleyball Marathon one of Malta’s most important community fundraising events.

Come for the volleyball. Stay for the music.

Support a cause that changes lives.

The BOV Volleyball Marathon is also made possible through the support of Arts Council Malta and takes place between Thursday 16th and Saturday 18th July at the MFCC in Ta’ Qali.
